ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG KAWASAN WISATA LEMBAH HARAU

Abstract


This research aims is to find the priority attributes that should be improved or developed to creates the consumer satisfaction. In addition, it’s also to know the level of consumer satisfaction whose had visited in Lembah Harau Tourism Area.  Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)  and Consumer Satisfaction Indeks (CSI) are the methods were  adopted to achieve the objective of research. The results of the measurement of IPA was obtained through mean  of suitability between score of  performance and importance. Its about 78.55%  attributes  in marketing mix strategy had suitable that reputed by respondent.  Attributes  like area condition, information shelter, effectiveness and adeptness official still do not quite, its occupying  at first quadran in cartecius diagram.  Important point from this result is the atrributes should be a priority to improved.  Through data analysis, a score of CSI is 67,38%. This value lies in the range of 0,66-0,80 which indicated that visitors was “satisfied”.
